Delivery of Your Parcel

Parcels are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered without a signature. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track the delivery of your parcel online.

Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and transportation, and vary depending on the weight of the parcel. Please group your items into a single order to avoid multiple fees. We pay special attention to fragile items and ensure adequate protection of your goods.

Return Conditions

All returns must be validated in advance with Customer Service before being sent back, via an email request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
