Advice from Inès de la Fressange
“unique pieces (...) it’s quite exhilarating.” These are the words from La Lettre d’Ines (Ines’ Newsletter) that invite us to discover her passion for Haute Couture dyeing...to our delight! Every Thursday, she reveals her tips, her wanderings, her favourites and her secrets. In April, we discovered her love of dyeing with our KHAKI colour.
"Are you sick of some of your clothes? Would you like something new? Are you against unbridled consumerism? Are you broke? There’s a solution: dye! I found this box and three things appealed to me:
- Haute couture
- A French company, since 1949
- Khaki
And there you go! In 3 minutes, I found a few items of clothing that had lost their magic and, with a few turns of the drum, they were given a new lease of life.
In addition, with this dye, there’s no need to add salt or other ingredients, it dyes cotton, linen, silk, viscose or jute equally well. I strongly advise not to overload the washing machine, but in any case the outcome is always a surprise and it's quite cheerful. "
